Slide your left hand upwards, whilst holding the buckle firmly in your right hand. 4.) Now hold the buckle with your left hand and pull down to tighten the extra webbing above the buckle. 5.) Grasp the chain silver ring on the side where there is a black band with your left hand and grasp the buckle with your right hand and firmly pull in opposite directions to make the double nylon equal length – repeat as needed until it fits.
